The Logistics of such a visit are horrendous. There’s also an issue about what the event is about. It would be like someone famous showing up at someone’s wedding. The wedding is the bride’s day, not a meet and greet for the famous. Likewise, a funeral is about the dead, not a political event. More appropriate would be to send a noted representative, such as someone who held an appointed office under Trump.
Maybe he’ll send her a plane ticket to Florida. You know he will do something more.

Exactly what I was thinking .... if the mom knew what this entailed, I think she might change her mind.
That being said, I think Trump will work something out. He’ll visit her/family privately or even fly them to visit him. He’s a compassionate man, big heart - I have faith he’ll satisfy her request in a suitable way that is satisfactory to all.
