Pharma engages PR firms that have employees who surf the net. They infest sites and pretend to be “concerned citizens” and not paid shills. We have several right here on FR who pretend to be doctors. (we know this because they are careful to put "dr" or MD" in their screen names). Funny how their opinions are almost always wrong.
