I feel sad for those defenseless babies. I’ve never known children in gay or lesbian households to grow up without serious emotional problems. And living near Ann Arbor as I did for 15 years (until 2009), and in Cambridge MA from ‘66 to ‘77, I saw several.

Sounds great for the the two mental idiots who chose this life style, but the child did not have a say in this. I am not a professional but any parent will tell you the normal development of a child is effected when that child begins to enter the social arena, school, activities, birthday parties, social events of any kind you have a child who will not be ok no matter what anyone says. A young adult is so immersed in what their pier group thinks about them and sees them. cant be to healthy mentally

Having lived near Cambridge my entire life and being a frequent visitor to the city itself I insist that there’s not a kid in the city being raised by one biological male and one biological female (”XY” + “XX”).

I dunno about that. I have seen several gays who have adopted kids and do not seen any of that. In fact, their kids turn out well adjusted. Yes, if I had a choice I would place them with straight parents but there are too many kids and too few people who are willing to adopt. It's been like that for decades. And no, the kids are not going to turn out gay just because their parents are.

Here's the bigger question : if you refuse to allow them to be adopted and be raised in a loving home, then what is the alternative? Remember, there aren't enough people as there is to adopt all of the children given up for adoption. So what do you do? Shuttle them around through a series of foster homes?

Why are they both sitting in a hospital bed like one of them actually gave birth? This is sick, and the nerve of them casting hate towards the mother who changed her mind on keeping her kid instead of letting these sickos adopt her baby. Then the additional guilt they hold for the baby by saying “we’ve had to wait so long for you….”
