"These people" have been in place for some time, it only became apparent to many on Nov 3, 2020 and then Jan 6, 2021.

The real rodeo begins when the shelves at Walmart and your favorite supermarket market are bare.

"These people" will be the ones handing out the emergency food supplies - what do you suppose they will want in return?
