TOKYO, Sept 1 (Reuters) - Japan reported a fresh contamination case involving Moderna's (MRNA.O) COVID-19 vaccine, the fourth such incident in less than a week, threatening to slow the country's sputtering inoculation campaign.
Kanagawa prefecture said on Tuesday several black particles in one Moderna vaccine vial were found upon checking for foreign substances before its use, and it has put the rest of the lot on hold.
Japan suspended the use of 1.63 million doses of Moderna shots last week after being notified of contamination in some of the supply. Moderna and Spanish pharma company Rovi (ROVI.MC), which bottles Moderna vaccines, have said the cause could be a manufacturing issue, and European safety regulators have launched an investigation.

There are no foreign substances in UD vaccines which does not seem likely and suggests that they are not foreign substances at all but put there for some reason. i think these substances are what render some people magnetic.

Weird as there are countless other vials, containing countless other serums, where we do not see bits of rubber left behind after needle insertions.
I know a fair bit about process manufacturing and filling. FDA approved (or EUA in this case) treatment manufacturing is very strict when it comes to cleanliness and QC checking per batch. The facilities are ‘clean rooms’ meant to keep out all kinds of foreign substances. Workers wear gear to prevent hair and skin cells and fluids from contamination. For the most part they try to keep human interaction from the actual process and filling to the absolute minimum.
But all the prevention in the world isn’t going to stop the 1 in X million chance something foreign will get into it. It could be accidentally put into the reactor tanks, or sheared off a reactor tank or mixing blade, or it could be bits from the hoses and clamps.
Or maybe it’s that “graphite” stuff I keep hearing about?

There was a thread on here on Wednesday morning regarding LaQuinta Columna, a Spanish University? which referred to analysis done at several universities in Europe which found nano particles of graphene oxide in the brand new unopened serum. They described how the graphene affects humans, and how to counteract it with anti-oxidents. Check it out.
If you google or duckduckgo.com the words La Quinta Columna you’ll get a whole page full of info about the graphene oxide they found in Pfizer vaccine, and info on how to counteract it if you’ve already gotten the jabs. I think they all have graphene. It’s designed to be a slow motion death potion. And if the initial two jabs don’t fix yer wagon, the boosters will. They intend to reduce the global population by several BILLION people.
