Yes sir, angry. He was coached, and with a big shot in the ass, to go before the camera and read his speech with anger. That was to prove his impatience with all the deplorables that are out their lying about his stellar success at surrendering to the Taliban, getting Marines killed, and handing over a treasure trove of our best military hardware. Not to mention leaving fifty dogs to Muslims who hate dogs. It was so difficult to get fifty dogs on all those huge planes.
