Never in history has a withdrawal from war been handled so badly or incompetently as the Biden Administration's withdrawal from Afghanistan. In addition to the obvious, ALL EQUIPMENT should be demanded to be immediately returned to the United States, and that includes every penny of the $85 billion dollars in cost. If it is not handed back, we should either go in with unequivocal Military force and get it, or at least bomb the hell out of it. Nobody ever thought such stupidity, as this feeble-brained withdrawal, was possible!

There was an Afghan student pilot on the base that I trained at, who was washed back many classes. He could not fly but, rather than send him back to Afghanistan, (which would have caused Department of State action) (Royalty, perhaps) he was just put in another class and continued training. He soloed once and the result was so bad, he was “Dual only,” for as long as I was there. (13 months). He leapfrogged my class, ending up a few classes behind.
Never knew what became of him but, being in Selma, Alabama, his very dark skin was not an asset at all!

Where would the location of the airbase for the no fly enforcement aircraft be.? The former Soviet ‘stans are out. Pakistan is out. Carrier based Air are over 500 miles from southern A’stan. I would say a no fly zone is impossible.

Our Carrier Air Wings operating out of the gulf have for twenty years been flying strike missions into Afghanistan. We can operate out of UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Diago Garcia with tanker support. We would need to have Pakistan agree to allow helicopters and SAR teams to operate from their territory. We give the Pakistan military billions of U.S. dollars every year. Pakistan supports and trains the Taliban so that would be difficult. I have watched dozens of KC135’s for the last few days operate over the entire region and KC135’s were that last aircraft leaving Afghan airspace, with I would assume fighter aircraft with them ready to strike Taliban targets if they took out any C-17’s leaving HKI. This is America and we could find a way to make it happen if pussies were not running the country from the Whitehouse and we had a military with balls. Frankly I would start a Flying Tigers contracted Airforce like we did in occupied China during WW2, out of the Northern Alliance territory right now in country and support Mossoud and their Northern alliance anti Taliban group so they can dominate the country from the air and repel any Taliban advance into their Panjir Valley. The Northern Alliance could begin airstrikes blowing up the left over U.S. equipment. Give them a dozen A-10’s and allow U.S. volunteers to fly them. Sign me up now for the 2020 Flying Tigers. Do it now Biden you Neville Chamberlin pussy.
