President Joe Biden told Louisiana Governor John Bel Edwards to 'just holler' for help on Monday after Hurricane Ida ravaged the gulf coast and referred to his senior adviser, former Rep. Cedric Richmond, as 'boy.'
Biden introduced Richmond, a New Orleans native who quit Congress to serve in the White House, by a term that some see as derogatory.
Richmond joined Biden on the virtual call with governors, mayors and officials from the states impacted by Hurricane Ida, which has killed at least one person and left millions without power.
Biden announced Richmond would be the administration's point person on the federal response to the storm.
'I'm here with my senior adviser and boy who knows Louisiana very very well, and New Orleans Cedric Richmond,' the president said. 'While FEMA is our lead for on the ground response, if there’s something you need, needs my attention, Cedric is your direct line.
'Whenever you need to go to Cedric, he'll get back to me and we'll get you what you need,' he noted.
Biden also told the ten officials from Louisiana and Mississippi on the call to 'just holler' if they needed anything.
'If there is anything else you need, you know just call. You've got the team at the table there ... so just holler,' he said. 'We’re providing any help that you’re going to need,' he noted.

If this would’ve been Trump they would’ve already been screaming for hearings and impeachment and calling trump a racist. But since it’s dementia Joe everything’s cool man cool!
For the duration of the hurricane and its aftermath, Biden will be changing his catchphrase from “C’mon man” to “C’mon boy.”
To bad we can’t at least get a camera shot of Boy Cedric being called a boy . . . the wince would have been priceless and the fodder of a great campaign ad.
Maybe even some lip action where you can see he is saying, “Say what, Honkey!”
But Pedo Joe does insist that he is at least “clean and articulate” like another semi-famous boy.

Hannity played the lowlights of this news conference early into his Radio Show today. Bimentia to no surprise was a mumbling, stumbling mess let alone the racist comments.

I’m sorry, but this is inappropriate in any circumstance. Especially given Biden’s long history of racist comments (and policies), referring to Richmond as “my BOY” is offensive. It would be considered racist if President trump had said it about, say, Secretary Carson, and it’s racist now, when Biden does it.
