The writer forgot the coming hyperinflation, and gas prices/energy starvation. And the coming China attack on Taiwan.

Carter was young, smart, and an easily misguided but fundamentally good person. I don’t think Biden is the new Jimmy Carter.
Carter was mostly incompetent (but did manage to get Israel and Egypt to make peace), but a lot of his problems were inherited. Inflation was already a problem for Nixon and Ford (remember Ford’s WIN buttons?) and other countries also had high inflation at the time. Most of Biden’s problems are ones he created—he inherited a relatively secure situation at the border and turned it into a disaster. He screwed up Trump’s plan to get out of Afghanistan. His policies have created high gas prices and the worst inflation in decades. Biden created disasters. Carter just didn’t know how to solve ones he inherited. Of course he did mishandle Iran but it’s hard to say if any outside power could have stopped the ayatollahs from taking over.
Well there was that lust in the heart thing in Playboy.
Biden is WAY ahead of Jimmy Carter in the POS department.
It’s actually frustrating not to be able to gloat over this miserable failure. But one can’t, unless loss of innocent life means nothing.
No, we didn’t want this to happen, but we knew it would. What form it was going to take was not knowable, but bad stuff was guaranteed to happen when a demented man was foisted on this nation as leader. (I do not use the P word to describe him.)
And, based on the way things are going so far, it’s gonna get worse. Certainly worse for people in Afghanistan, and likely worse for people here. And I’m not talking about the price at the pump either.

The Assistant Democrats? They just don’t want their gravy train getting rocked. They don’t care one whit what Biden is doing to the country or there would be 25A pressure from that side of the aisle 24/7.
As for Carter, Biden’s likely going to be the worst modern President, and Obama was a tough act to follow since he was worse than Carter.
However, he may be competing with Andrew Johnson as all-time worst. The W.O.A.T if you will.
