Don’t do that, there are laws against landlords taking these kinds of punitive actions against tenants, even bad ones. She could find herself in a great deal of trouble, maybe even jail.

You can not evict for nonpayment unless they have not made suitable efforts for public funding. I have had the best two years. I am evicting 2 units now. Not because of unpaid rent. Only to regain use of my property. I’ll lose some money, but they will be gone.
