There are many retired officers who have been critical on various networks. Will this silence them and what can the Regime do to them? Thanks.

they can be critical of activities but not individuals/disparaging characters, penalties up to courts marshal, reduction of retired pay etc. they haven’t used it much, no one this bad, untested waters like sedition act

I am retired and am not an expert but I have read that they would have to recall us to Active Duty and then Courts Marshall us.
