What an idiot this woman is. She should never have run for Mayor of NO. Just throw up your hands when an emergency occurs and say, “It’s too hard.” She has 3-4 days to gather busses and develop places for people to go to on higher ground, but instead she is pleading ignorance and laziness. Remembers during Hurrican Katrina all the people on rooftops and the empty busses in school grounds. If my memory is correct, a young man of about 19-20 years of age figured out how to drive the busses and get a large contingent of people outside of the city - I think somewhere to Texas.

If you remember Katrina, school buses weren’t good enough to evacuate the people of New Orleans; they demanded Greyhounds. Folks deserve to ride in style.
