For more than seven months, the U.S. Capitol Police officer who shot and killed Ashli Babbitt, an unarmed protester climbing through a broken window in a hallway of the U.S. Capitol on January 6, has remained anonymous.
Though his name was known to U.S. Capitol Police, congressional staffers and federal investigations, no one would divulge it. The secrecy fueled months of online speculation.
Babbitt's family alleged a coverup....

Washington DC has always been corrupt.

Note also that the capitol police are being expanded to operate outside of DC.

Sure would be interesting IF Floyd’s ENTIRE criminal records were released to the public & PUBLISHED.
Because they provide individual security details for a big bunch of Congress. Keeps their constituents from talking with them I guess.

Interesting concept. Certainly shooting American citizens because your bosses fingered the individual, was not the average job of West Point Grads, much less FBI agents. Or so we thought. I believe we taxpayers got the bill when the court decided Randy Weaver should be compensated for his loss. That’s a twofer in my book. We lose twice, and Lon is walking tall and free. It will perhaps remind us of a recent Government murder of an American Citizen when that case finally plays out. No black is going to pay for a mistake while on Duty with the Capitol Police. So, guess who gets the bill?
As such, he *deserves* prompt execution.
