First, the FDA acknowledges that while Pfizer has “insufficient stocks” of the newly licensed Comirnaty vaccine available, there is “a significant amount” of the Pfizer-BioNTech COVID vaccine — produced under Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) — still available for use.
The FDA decrees that the Pfizer-BioNTech vaccine under the EUA should remain unlicensed but can be used “interchangeably” (page 2, footnote 8) with the newly licensed Comirnaty product.
Second, the FDA pointed out that the licensed Pfizer Comirnaty vaccine and the existing, EUA Pfizer vaccine are “legally distinct,” but proclaims that their differences do not “impact safety or effectiveness.”

Dr. Robert Malone has been discussing this since the announcement. Comirnity doesn’t exist on the market yet, and it’s only manufactured by BioNTech. The current Pfizer vaccine is still only EUA from a legal perspective.

Comirnaty is the BRAND name. It’s a LABEL. They are slapping it on the exact same Pfizer formulation.
That’s it.
It is the same drug.
They’ve been administering it in Europe under the Comirnaty Brand name since JANUARY.
It’s been approved in Australia since July under the same name:
Pfizer is a GERMAN company. COMIRNATY is the brand name. Once full FDA approval is granted, they can package the material under the brand name.
I am with you that the FDA rubber stamped this. The “full approval” was political without regard to safety.
But to simply make stuff up like “Comirnaty doesn’t exist” is asinine.

It doesn’t exist in that it’s not manufactured. There are a dozen FR posts and several videos out there explaining this. While the BPA is like reading stereo instructions, it’s clear that the Pfizer formulation and Comirnaty while identical formulations are two specific LEGAL distinctions. It’s in the actual BPA.

The real strategy should be to work on passing statutes like Montana’s which prohibit vaccine passports and mandates.
