I hope this is really good news and totally stops the invasion on our southern border.
But will Biden simply declare that no one is asking for asylum and therefore everyone can keep coming in??????

It was reinstated for the same reason Trump could not end DACA.....it was an arbitrary decision by Biden.
If they can come back with a more “reasoned” end, then the SCOTUS will get out of the way.
Trump never did that with DACA.
