I can’t believe so few Freepers see this in such stark, simple terms. There’s nothing more pathetic than so-called “free” and “conservative” people who reflexively run to their government to demand protection from sh!t they are perfectly capable of dealing with themselves.
Well, everyone is just reacting to being pushed around. Americans are not used to it. They are not asking to do something they are asking to stop something. We expected our Constitution to protect us and we have forgotten that it’s our responsibility to protect it. We’ll get there. The one thing I know is Americans are good and they are brave, just hard to anger.
