There is a fairly good chance I’ll be putting something like this together to send to my manager and HR department in the near future. I’ll also point out how my company currently does not require any other vaccinations, nor does it require a seasonal flu shot. One of the “core values” expressed by the company is respect for the individual - regardless of race, gender, sexual orientation, religion, etc. In that light, how can they reasonably discriminate based on private medical information? I’m starting my letter / email tomorrow. I’ll bet I have to send it within the next 3 to 6 months. I’m also going to start investigating whether it would be better to resign in the face of unreasonable conditions, or force them to fire me.
My daughter-in-law is a supervisor in a large blood bank.
The company mandated all employees be vaccinated. She has some personal issues that preclude injecting poison into her body at this time.
She resigned. A few days later, they changed their policy and no longer (at this time) mandate vax. All because of her, they had to let her lab and a few other departments off the hook. They still mandate for some other employees.
Let's see how that flies when those other employees find out.
“...my company currently does not require any other vaccinations, nor does it require a seasonal flu shot.”
Hope your strategy doesn’t backfire to the point they decide to require all of it. That’s a real danger, here; all it’d take is a few fakenews reports about why we are demanding this, but not all these others, and pretty soon there’d arise the drumbeat to require all the others too.
They’re already doing it to the kids in school in CA, and making it DAMNABLY hard to even get LEGITIMATE medical exemptions.
Don’t you think it wouldn’t just take the flick of a hair trigger to crack that dam wide open and flood the nation with that same notion for everyone from cradle to grave.
I resigned. For me to wait until they fire me would put me moving in the winter. More people were curious and they are tequired to adk why i leave. Firings are ugly, but if your end game was the American lawsuit lottery, free money... well.. that would be the only reason to stay.
No masks, no ‘vaccines’, NO mandates of any kind. Anyone mandated ‘vaccines’ should seek other employment (if possible)...it just isn’t worth the risk. Local ‘health care’ systems are SCREAMING for help, but they brought it on themselves via media hysteria and hyperbole. Personally, I wouldn’t go near most doctors, nurses, or their offices. No, siree!
