FROM YOUR EXCERPT:
“…The study found vaccinated individuals carry 251 times the load of COVID-19 viruses in their nostrils compared to the unvaccinated….”

FROM THE ACTUAL PAPER YOU LINK TO IN POST 1:
“… Viral loads of breakthrough Delta variant infection cases were 251 times higher than those of cases infected with old strains detected between March-April 2020.…”

The excerpt was dishonestly MISREPRESENTING the findings which ACTUALLY was comparing the viral loads of the highly infectious Delta variant with the viral loads associated with the much less infectious earlier variants. The study was NOT comparing viral loads of vaccinated individuals with viral loads of unvaccinated individuals.

SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE… the highly infectious Delta variant causes a high viral load compared to low infectious variants. Stunning news!

Interesting thought, that.

Does the delta variant bind to all the same receptors as the original coof?
Or does it not bind as tightly?
Or does not not induce the same cellular signaling response when it attaches to the ACE2 receptor?

And does it still rip apart red blood cells, or screw up the capillaries in the lungs?

If not, what does it do instead?
