That laughing at anything said is an awful affectation to have, and one that someone in politics certainly CANNOT have! I wonder if she has a serious problem.

I went to school with a girl who laughed at the end of EVERY sentence she uttered. I mean EVERY sentence: “My dog died HAR-HAR-HAR!”

It was ridiculous and creepy, but she couldn’t help herself. Some sort of permanent tick.

Pseudobulbar Affect is no laughing matter. Maybe she should just claim disability.

Like Hillary, her handlers have coached her to laugh instead of showing her true personality, which is essentially that of Elena Ceaușescu.
