I don’t think they do. These vaccines create the “spike protein” part of covid, so your body makes antibodies to attack just that... in my opinion, they aren’t as good as the antibodies your body makes when exposed to the real thing.

And then there is the risk that these antibodies will attack anything that looks like a spike protein...
