You have now figured out one of the ways they keep the scam moving on. Many at the hospitals are in on it and many lie,tell half truths, or say nothing at all.

Trump had the military put together a plan to leave and Barak canned it and made his own plan to help the Taliban take over the country. It is his stated goal to build a Califate and issue in the Grand Imam or whatever Islamic god they worship.
