A U.S. Supreme Court justice on Friday temporarily blocked a lower court ruling that would require Democratic President Joe Biden to reinstate a contentious immigration policy implemented by his predecessor, Republican President Donald Trump.
Arrests of migrants caught crossing the U.S.-Mexico border have reached 20-year highs in recent months, a trend Republicans pin on Biden’s reversal of MPP and other hardline Trump immigration policies.

I’m sure Amy and Bret voted for this. What pathetic cowards they are. The Media-Dem Party doesn’t have to pack the court, all it has to do is threaten to do it, and the Supreme Court agrees to do their dirty work for them.

Weird stuff. He’s supposedly one of the only TWO solid conservatives we currently have on SCOTUS.
I’m assuming he did so on some kind of technicality, and its just temporary.
Then why not simply leave the order in place until they hear it?
That’s quite the yo-yo, even if it was a good policy.
