No cable here, but I was in a place that had cable. (Please remind me not to do that again. Ignorance is bliss.) The entire afternoon was a disaster for Biden, State Department and Pentagon. Ned Price at State has no problem carrying Biden’s water. The Pentagon guys were dancing, you could tell they were very uncomfortable and the less they knew the better. Biden has zero credibility, so his presser was, well, simply unbelievable. He was lying his ass off.
It’s the Pentagon guys who need to be asked …. Why did we depart Bagram airbase leaving everything there for the Taliban to take over before evacuating civilians? Does not seem that anyone in the propaganda media wants to ask this question
