I got the J&J thinking it didn’t have the spike protein - boy was I wrong. :-((( From what I can tell the jab is forever - I’ll never get rid of this crap that’s now in my body. I got it in March and feel more or less ok....so far.

Not doing a booster - I bought the horse paste the other day and took some - my protocol says to take it twice a week as a preventative. Also doing the vitamins, zinc and Quercertin.
