Someone posted here yesterday the allegation that Biden gets some kind of medication before he makes a public appearance of longer than ten minutes and that he sleeps over twelve hours a day. If that is true, then I can believe he doesn’t recall. But he is also a longtime liar and an incompetent, so that has to be considered too.
