Quinnipiac University has imposed strict fines for students who fail to upload their proof of vaccination. Charges could rack up to $2,275 per person per semester. The university also announced a tiered fine system. Fees start at $100 per week for the first two weeks of the semester. The fees increase incrementally by $25 every two weeks proof of vaccination is not on file. The maximum fine imposed per week is $200.

The university forgot one factor. In an abusive financial relationship like this, students can leave. If the university refuses a refund, I’m sure a good lawyer can sue for breach of contract.
Carrot and stick approach. Cutting off internet service is a big ugly stick.

IMO - Quinnipiac is knowingly acting in contradiction to the overall health of the students.
Last year they served raw chicken in the grab and go meals, and removed the hoops from the basketball goals. They knew that many of their covid safety factor had severe overall health consequences for their students.
Oh. - meanwhile they allowed food service workers onto campus with no testing.
They stink!
Q U is going to cut off dissenters means of communication.

Then they should mandate Testing and Vaccinations for ALL Communicable Diseases like AIDS and Hepatitis, and the Students deserve to know that ALL Staff are Drug Free and should Mandate Drug Testing for ALL Employee’s every Week.
