You are absolutely correct. This mess was planned. Every decision they made, from stopping the organization meant to ensure everyone was out, to the base abandonment in the middle of the night leaving weapons, supplies, and prisoners, to telling people they were on their own. Every decision planned to help further the destruction of the United States.
Couple this with the same decisions made here at home, and all point towards a concerted effort to destroy the United States.
