These are numbers posted by the election commission on the delco web site. i have them saved for documentation.

Not sure, but I think it means that 15 million more ballots were “returned” than were requested and/or sent out to voters. They just magically appeared to be counted.

It means that 15 million mail-in “ballots” are unauditable. Mostly, no audit trail to prove they went to any particular voter, or any way to determine which precinct the 15 million votes are connected to. Plus quick torching of the actual physical ballots, and a further push to vote by internet, where no proof of fraud by physical means can exist.
