The governors of Maryland and Virginia said on Monday they are “ready and willing” to accept more refugees from Afghanistan as the Taliban completes its takeover of the nation’s government.
Maryland is already poised to receive at least 180 Afghan citizens in the coming weeks under an ongoing federal program that provides Special Immigrant Visas (SIV) to those who helped with U.S. operations in Afghanistan over the past two decades.
Maryland Gov. Larry Hogan (R) said the state is "ready and willing" to receive more refugees.

Surely, there will be a recommendation to once again encircle DC with razor topped barbed wire and welcome these folks into our most prized house. The Lincoln bedroom has been known to have been rented for short stays and Nancy’s home away from home will soon be in session. Once there, she might even allow them to vote!
Bitter scorn be upon the heads of all involved in this plan to destroy our nation. Oh, not insurrection! Not even rebellion. Only a fight for self preservation of US.

I’m not entirely sure the STATES of Maryland and Virginia are anxious to accept ANY more refugees. It is the two governors who are kissing the boots of their liberal masters.
They are prepared to do anything that is anti-American, so long as it is in their own best interests.
