Top health officials in the Biden administration are coalescing around an agreement that most Americans should get Covid booster shots eight months after becoming fully vaccinated, two sources familiar with the discussions tell CNN.
The plan, which is still being developed, would involve administering third shots beginning in mid- to late September, one source added, pending authorization from the US Food and Drug Administration. Pfizer and BioNTech said Monday that the companies have submitted initial data to the FDA to support the use of booster doses for their Covid-19 vaccines.
Given that health care workers and nursing home patients were first to receive their shots, the administration currently expects they'll be first to receive boosters as well. Older populations who were also at the front of the line for first vaccinations would be next, the source said. This is the current booster plan for those who got vaccines with two doses.

CNN and the Biden Administration (I repeat myself) have to do something to tear down the wall-to-wall punditry on the abject failure in Afghanistan, so we’re going back to the amped up, caffeine-fueled, cocaine and meth injected coverage of COVID.
I’m not taking any advice from an administration that completely botched the Afghan pullout.
If they’ll happily let thousands be slaughtered and throw a nation into chaos - think what they’re doing to us.
“Top health officials in the Biden administration are coalescing around”...they better start “coalescing” around the fact that their precious injection is now being called a “death shot” by a Nobel nominee physician and a multitude of medical scientist and doctors around the world are calling for a halt due to skyrocketing deaths and serious injury.
Why would anyone take any advice from Biden or his administration...and or those affiliated with it such as the media. Both have pretty much shown they’re useless to US Citizens.
