Shark teeth come in rows, and as the old ones fall out or are torn out during an attack, a new one from the row behind it replaces it. No harm done.

do these boys know where those shark teeth have been lately? and is the alcohol in beer enough to kill the germs?

Injury directly to the teeth isn’t a concern. I can see an argument that it may injure it some other way but no more than literally every shark would at some point in its life.

A warning from the game warden is appropriate as you don’t want it normalized to the point it harasses wildlife. But I could be wrong. This isn’t my area of expertise.

Being as they were West Virginians, I was impressed that they weren't using dynamite for bait. [rimshot]

The bull shark is one of the rare salt water species that can thrive in fresh water. The "man-eating" sharks of (freshwater) Lake Nicaragua are bull sharks. They've been found in the Mississippi (at least) as far upstream as St Louis.

They also have the highest testosterone levels of any animal. Their continuous/natural level is even higher than a African bull elephant when it's "in musth." Which is why they're regarded as the most dangerous of sharks (except when they've washed up on shore and are doing an impersonation of a church key).
