Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi praised Joe Biden and said that he “should be commended” as the Taliban moved into Kabul. The Taliban had been taking over cities throughout Afghanistan over the past week and breached the capital early on Sunday.
Biden has been hammered from all over the political spectrum for the chaos.
“The President is to be commended for the clarity of purpose of his statement on Afghanistan and the actions he has taken,” Pelosi said in a statement. “The Taliban must know that the world is watching its actions. We are deeply concerned about reports regarding the Taliban’s brutal treatment of all Afghans, especially women and girls. The U.S., the international community and the Afghan government must do everything we can to protect women and girls from inhumane treatment by the Taliban.”
I think she is correct....Oh wait, I thought she said committed.
She is evil! Now she says she hopes women and girls will be ok under the Taliban! Really Nancy? It’s too late now!!!!
Pelosi has met her Appomattox and Biden his Waterloo.
There is no other course of action but for her and Schumer to resign; the entire dem leadership is mud. Any political leg offered by Jan 6 was disintegrated into a thousand shards on Aug 15. Any Democrat now bears the label of Biden.
