Eastern, Central Europe is looking better, currently in Slovenia, really thinking about moving to Romania or Slovenia.

Europe is not the US or any of the Americas. Where you come from and who your family is matters there. Very much.

So unless you already have kin there you will be the unwelcome outsider and both you and your offspring will have targets on you.
