There's a widespread myth that vaccines make COVID less severe. They don't. the myth originated from industry reps touting fewer hospitslizations and no deaths in the vax group (breakthrough infections). Only one problem, that was only from single digits to a few dozen. Those conclusions have no statistical validity. The real mortality among the breakthough group is about 1.5% which is about the same, if not worse, than the unaxed group.

What vaccines do is make it less likely to get COVID. But that varies depending on individual lifestyle. In Provincetown the immunity among "gay" "revelers" was very low.

The woman makes an assumption that may be false to fact. The outcome could have been different if her father hadn't taken The Jab: he could have lived. So I have to assume that this is at best uninformed mis-information.
