A couple of points, please.
First, having a higher degree guarantees little. Fauci has some. Many idiots going on about global warming have some. You can, apparently get such without learning that the degree IS SUPPOSED to mean you have learned how to think ..Look at all the hundreds of degrees handed out on gender studies. Nope. You can run thru the higher education mill and come out totally unprepared to deal with a real world problem. I have an advanced degree (in nuclear fusion, of all things) and don’t even pretend to understand my wife.
2nd point, you are probably entering into a “discussion” with a troll. My guess is a shill for the Pharm or gov’mt. He doesn’t post any real objections, just discards offhandedly.

Thank you. I recently read an article which demonstrated “reverse transcriptase” activity with at least one of the cellular DNA polymerases.
The question arises, can mRNA be converted into a DNA polynucleotide? The other question are...does the transformation occur outside of the cell nucleus? If not, it could easily be integrated into host DNA. If converted in the cytosol of the cell could it migrate into the nuclear area of the cell when the nuclear membrane breaks apart during cell division?...and then subsequently be incorporated into host DNA?
So why did they use this strategy?
No one will invest billions of dollars with no payoff.
They could patent the process and reap tens or hundreds of billions when used for other more severe diseases.
Novavax product, although risky at least doesn’t muck about with genetic machinery.

you are confusing ‘recovery’ with basic still breathing survival. If infected your chances of dying in the USA currently, are 1 in 59.
How lucky are you? “Recovery” for 10% of the remaining 58 (higher for ICU discharges) can mean long covid, short or chronic lung, heart, liver and kidney damage, blood cell abnormalities, clotting abnormalities, brain shrinkage, morbidity enhancement and immune and neuromuscular damage. Kinda like the virus does to bats squirming on the cave floor.
Monoclonal antibodies, another ‘experimental!!, untested in animals!! not 10 years of research!!’ drug, might prevent up to 70% of hospitalizations, morbidity-dependent, but that’s equal to or lower than, most vaccines. (and if they don’t work, you’re in real trouble because monoclonals are one of the very few last lines of defense there is and variants are already building resistence to them)
the odds of dying from a covid infection in America, is about 1 in 59. (mortality x 59= confirmed cases). About 10% of the US population has been infected, and about 1% have died . The chance of developing clotting involving endothelial cells while in ICU is 1 in 5. From a study of 214 ICU patients, the chance of developing GBS as a result of covid is about 1 in 3 (36%).
Contrast that with the chances of a clot with J and J which is 0.002125%. There were 17 cases / 8 million doses, with 3 deaths, and 28 cases / 12 million and no change in deaths, with 30-39yo women possibly on birth control being the most affected group. This is well below the average occurrence in the general population of 5 cases in 1 million. Thrombosis deaths average about 100,000 every year.
The risk of GBS with vaccination is about 1 in 128,000 (100 cases/12.8m vaccinations). This is below the natural occurrence of GBS in the general population of 1.7 in 100,000, age-dependent, and rising to 2.66 in 100,000 by age 80, or 3,000 to 6,000 cases per year. GBS is a signature symptom of covid infection, with average onset at 11 days.
