You are correct about the entourages. A woman in my hometown was a private chef to the stars but moved back home a few years ago. It was her and two helpers that would travel withe stars so 3 people just for food preparation

According to some people with private pilots in their family, those pilots found themselves unemployed up and down as the private jets were banned from smaller airports in March of last year.
Now all of these small airports are open, and there seems to be a rush to train new/young pilots to fly up and down our coasts with elite customers.

I gotta say though, that if you had a good chef and a good assistant with an assistant, you wouldn’t need to bring food perparers with you. You can (and should) hire them locally. Just bring the chef. Sure, it’s a little more work for the chef but how hard is it to teach people to chop tomatoes?

One of our younger relatives is/was an excellent chef.
He was hired by a very rich woman (not a lady) to work regular hours/shifts and be available, when she called him.
That later part was why he left. He had planned to come home for Christmas and she agreed if he had all the meals prepared to heat and serve.
He did and she still called him Christmas morning to get his butt over and prepare Christmas dinner for she and her family.
He quit/got fired and later took her to court and won.
After that, he got out of the food business as a chef.

It spread like wildfire for my family in Dec. mom got it along with friend, they had it within a day or 2 of being together, then I within 1-3 days, then hubby in 2 then son in 1.
