The first time I heard that song was on the last episode of ER with Anthony Edwards (Mark Greene). His daughter Rachel Greene puts headphones on her father, who is dying of cancer, so he can listen to this song in his final moments as the episode flashes back and forth.

I like this IZ song as well...a friend requested it be played as she drew closer and closer to going Home. It was the last song she heard here on earth as it helped her on her way to heaven.
