You get two aspects out of this:
1. There really isn’t a top tier of qualified DC or national politicians left to compete against Joe (count in the exit of Cuomo/Newsom).
2. The DNC is looking at a disaster for the mid-terms, and can’t imagine how you’d prep Joe for a serious 2024 campaign.

2. The DNC is looking at a disaster for the mid-terms, and can’t imagine how you’d prep Joe for a serious 2024 campaign. The DNC is praying that President Trump becomes the 2024 Republican nominee. That way the DNC will have all of the media and Big Tech so focused on destroying Trump, that Biden gets his usual pass.
