Did I say that? No. But actual organizations that actually do that work have been flooded with calls from Q nuts about underground bunkers and kids getting released from Central Park, etc. They have come out and begged them to stop “helping”.

Common beliefs in the Qanon community include:
1) 800,000 kids are trafficked in the US every year
2) Reptilians run our government
3) The secret cabal kills children and ingests adrenochrome from their petuitary glands
4) The government/military keeps hundreds of thousands of kids in underground bunkers for these cabal sacrifices

I have friends that run non-profits that work to end trafficking worldwide, and I support them financially. That is infinitely more than anything a Qnut has ever done to help. All they do is muddy the water with BS, and hinder the people doing actual good work.
