Russian drug dealers a) make sure junkies owe them money; and, b) when junkies owe them money but don’t have any, they confiscate their laptops, watch, rings, wallets, pants, shirt, whatever. Surprised they didn’t force him to paint masterpieces they could sell. Or maybe that’s is what’s happening now.
