So on top of insulting nondrinkers it’s also easy to beat.The daughter would have had to keep blowing in the device. The machine makes you re-test at random intervals while the car is on. If you fail X number of times, the horn sounds/headlights flash until you pull over.
Also, in Illinois you're required to have a camera installed as well. All to prevent this type of scenario.....

Some of the post DUI system installed by the county have a camera in them with the image sent to the county or accessible by the probation officer. With the new tech, they could simply have a camera with facial recognition.
The future’s not looking too bright.
