No. That's the kind of non-transparency that will sink this effort.
You make it available to everyone - not just the people who you consider "allies". You want the data challenged, it's part of the process.

Why of course you should be advising them so the entire effort can be squelched.
They MIGHT do that; they just have not said what their plan is to disseminate it.
In the near term, what they have said, is they’d get data out on request.
We’ll see how the data handling plan gets handled in the longer term.
