Records obtained by Just the News provide unprecedented glimpse into human adjudication of thousands of ballots, where marks for candidates like Trump were sometimes removed so ballots could count for Biden.
A day after the November election, as Donald Trump and other Republican candidates clung to evaporating leads in Georgia, vote counters in Atlanta were confronted by a paper ballot known only by its anonymizing number 5150-232-18.
A Dominion Voting machine had rejected the ballot on election night because the voter had filled in boxes for both Trump and his Democratic opponent Joe Biden, an error known as an "overvote." The machine determined neither candidate should get a tally, and the ballot was referred for human review.
The image of the ballot, obtained by Just the News, shows the voter messily scribbled a large blob in the box to select Trump as president while also putting a thinner check mark next to Biden's name.
At 6:10 p.m. ET on Nov. 4, 24 hours after the ballot was first scanned and rejected by Machine 5150, a panel of humans decided the vote should be awarded to Biden, with the notation "mark removed for Donald J. Trump." You can see that ballot here:

Scores of additional ballots that same day had checks manually removed next to Trump's name as well as many other candidates up and down the ticket — Libertarians, Democrats and write-ins alike — and the votes awarded instead to other candidates.
Welcome to the arcane process known as adjudication, where human judgment is substituted for machine scanning in cases where voters incorrectly filled out a paper ballot. Election officials and official observers have dealt with it for years, with everyday citizens mostly oblivious to the process.

Very interesting. Some important questions:
1) Who was on the adjudication panel
2) The adjudication process requires both Republican and Democratic representatives present, were they?
3) If there were GOP operatives can they be traced to the Secretary of State and demonstrate his role in the steal?
The quiet whispering punch-line answer:
To ask the question is to already know the answer.
This particular ballot won't move the needle for anyone who has already decided what they believe. It's a single ballot, and if you're being honest with yourself it pretty clearly looks like the voter scribbled out a mark for Trump and voted Biden because every other mark on the ballot was identical to the Biden mark, not the trump mark.
Of course if you're being honest about what a vote adjudicator is supposed to do, the instructions clearly state "so not make a check mark, fill in the circle completely", and the only circle completely filled in on the entire ballot is for Trump, so the question isn't "is this a trump voter" as much as " this ballot wasn't filled out correctly, does that mean it gets thrown out, do we look past the voter's inability to follow directions, or does it mean the accidental vote for Trump counts?"
whatever you think, the rules should have been established publicly before the election, and adhered to strictly and consistently across the state. That's what fair is.
I vote via Georgia Absentee ballot in every election. It’s not like hanging chads. You’d have to have a major case of Parkinson’s disease to mark something by mistake. It sounds more like they couldn’t scan the ballot for some reason so they have to count it manually. The only way you could really cheat on it is by either willfully miscounting or filling in a choice that was left blank. A willful miscount would be easy to spot in a recount and I doubt there would be enough blank choices to sway anything larger than a local election where a vote or 2 could make the difference.
The adjudication process was where a lot of the FRAUD occurred. The fed max acceptable rate was supposed to be someone tiny number like .1 percent of all ballots. Widely reported in 2020 that the adjudication rates skyrocketed in many RAT vote centers by orders of magnitude to DOUBLE DIGIT RATES.
In RAT FRAUD centers, partisan RATS mark Trump ballots with a mark for Biden also so the vote machine rejects them and they go to adjudication. The adjudicators consists of only partition RATS who award those ballots to Biden. That is how a lot of the fraud occurred. It is why the adjudication rates skyrocketed in 2020 from historical norms.
Note: This fraud technique was premeditated and shared at a national level. It WAS NOT something that some sneaky RAT thought up in some isolated district on election day.
Widely reported that there was only one RAT overseer. Same story as the GOP observers being shutout or placed 50=100 feet away or not told when the counts resumed in the middle of the night so they could be there.

I could be wrong about this but don’t the Dominion machines reprint a proper ballot after adjudication? And weren’t there lots of ballets shredded, presumably the dirty marked up ones? So during the recounts there is nothing nefarious to see.

If they can do this then they could EASILY have ‘over-voted’ any ballot they wanted, by adding a mark for Biden.
Then ‘adjudicating’ it as a vote for Biden.
Find one with two different inks. That would be telling.
This STINK all over- and THE ENTIRE DEMOCRAT PARTY must have been involved.

I think I read that 1st level of adjucation process include both dem & repub monitors.
if they can’t agree on where the vote should be assigned, the ballot is ELEVATED to an election supervisor who makes the final determination
