KENOSHA, WISCONSIN: Kenosha shooter Kyle Rittenhouse, charged with shooting three people and killing two at a protest in Wisconsin last August, pleaded not guilty to his charges on Tuesday, January 5. In the hearing before Kenosha County Court Commissioner Loren Keating, the teen’s attorney Mark Richards waived his client’s right to hear his charges read, and quickly pleaded not guilty on Rittenhouse’s behalf to all the charges against him. Rittenhouse has been charged with five felonies in connection to the protest shooting, including first-degree intentional homicide and first-degree reckless homicide, as well as a misdemeanor charge for possession of a dangerous weapon by a minor under Wisconsin statutes.

Justice can only be obtained with cubic dollar$.
It’s Systematic inequality.
Better not be broke. $2 million has been raised in his defense.
Is it he on his second set of lawyers? Or is it round 3?
I seem to remember he is not following his lawyers advice.
He was hooked up with a lawyer who saw the case as a way to make money. So they parted ways.
There was a time when someone charged with a serious crime got a court appointed attorney. But in this age of political crimes, that may be ancient history. The January 6 prisoners are being denied bail and speedy trial. All bets are off in today’s climate. The constitution means nothing.
I went and looked it up. When he was first arrested he was given a court appointed attorney. Then he got L Lin Wood. And another local law firm. All of which has left him. I don’t know who he has now.
Democrats are really honing their political prosecutions.
Linwood was a bad bet from the getgo. I knew he was a theatrical attention getter from the begininning.
It seems Lin Woods pulled in quite a bit of fundraising for Kyle. There have been considerable questions raised about who has access to that money.
It does not appear to be Kyle.
Several lawyers questioned Lin Woods handling of the case.
Mark Richards, as I recall, was seen as a significant improvement.
Supposedly his lawyer is Robert Barnes, a regular YouTuber, and is working Pro Bono.
Robert Barnes took over from grifter attorneys who looted money and want more from the family. They were terrible.
Barnes is leading the team for Kyle and brought on good lawyers to handle the specialities required there.
He’s on top of the defense and excellent.
I think that went for his cash bail.
Only if you can't afford to hire your own. Rittenhouse isn't indigent.
Similarly, the Austin man defending himself from his blocked car from an approaching armed gunman is also facing prosecution. It’s insane that we are not allowed to protect ourselves any more.
this is actually killing there party....at this point I believe it is a zombie party that is in for a rude awakening in the 2022 election cycle. the party is facing a ground swell of opposition in county and state elections along a brutal reapportioning of political boundaries. at this point I think they have been winning elections through fraud and as states clean up there own version of the DC swamp you will see an extremely weekend demacrat party.
It simply comes down to how enlightened or how stupid the voters are in Wyoming
Here’s the lesson to take from this: if you live in a Blue State, if you care about protecting yourself and your family from Demonrat criminals, GET OUT NOW NOW! NEVER, NEVER, NEVER attempt to defend yourself with a firearm in a Blue State. NEVER, NEVER travel into a Blue State if you can help it. I will drive HUNDREDS of miles out of the way to avoid these evil Blue States.
