I read somewhere this is an NGO and they just use the name...have nothing to do with the church..
They dump them in small towns and are supposed to see they get all the welfare coming to them..this was in Idaho I think...and people from the Middle East
School board was complaining about having to get translators and special teachers..
The first sentence of your post reads:

While some funds may be NGO related, I’m pretty sure most
all Catholic churches effectively side with an illegal alien
underground railroad of sorts.
Since these NGOs are acting in a form of “loco parentis” to these illegals they need to be made civilly liable for every act of illegals criminality that occurs.
