Does bipartisan mean the unity party pretends they are two different parties,with different ideas, who have come to an agreement via vigorous debate..and finally they have found common ground?

Tennessee has two solid senators. Those two plus Ron Johnson, Rick Scott and Kennedy in Louisiana are among the only that seem to be consistently trustworthy. Rubio is pretty solid for us in Florida, except when he isn’t.
