The only way for a person with a free earlobe (like Biden's younger picture shows) can become a closed earlobe (like the man currently occupying the White House shows) is by surgery. The nose also shows a slight hump in the younger Biden, but no small hump in the man occupying the White House. also accomplished only by surgery.

I have no idea if they are the same person or not. Like I said though, the only way to change those 2 features is through surgery, and I verified that fact. It doesn't occur naturally
