The gunships can kill a lot of them very quickly and more effectively than the bombers. Mosques on Friday are a target rich environment
Causing civilian deaths will not do anything to “win” this war/conflict in fact it will prolong it and make Taliban even MORE popular!
The generals dont seem to understand asymmetric warfare which is weird considering the experience with Vietnam.
They just dont know how to quit and their only answer is more bombing.
