While I am sympathetic to the plight of Afghani civilians, their troops have had a butyload if American training and supplies. What is required from them now is a little testicular fortitude.

That should have been our only objective over there.
Causing civilian deaths will not do anything to “win” this war/conflict in fact it will prolong it and make Taliban even MORE popular!
The generals dont seem to understand asymmetric warfare which is weird considering the experience with Vietnam.
They just dont know how to quit and their only answer is more bombing.

I believe the CIA are involved in those poppy fields. They wont be destroyed in fact they will prosper (and have). Production has never been higher.

While I feel bad that the innocent will suffer, it is up to their families/parents to take care of their kids. They have chosen not to do that.

The CIA have for years, and in wars going back to Viet Nam, gained control of the heroin or other drugs and brought it to America to infect our drug user classes. That’s how the CIA makes their “play money” to keep doing their lawless business against our citizens, and enriching themselves all the while pretending to stand up for America.
