House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s (D-CA) chances of keeping the wafer-thin House majority are dramatically falling as Rep. Conor Lamb (D-PA), a member the party spent millions on getting elected, announced his U.S. Senate bid.
As Lamb joins the crowded primary field to try and replace Republican Sen. Pat Toomey (PA), who announced his retirement at the end of his term earlier this year, he’s leaving his vulnerable seat open for a possible Republican to pick up instead of defending it.

Pennsylvania is losing a seat in Congress based on the 2020 census. Between that fact, and the congressional district lines being redrawn, he may have felt his new district would not be as friendly politically to him.
After Pelosi exits, her replacement will say “It is time abandon the right wing, pro-USA dinosaur programs of Pelosi and move forward to a true global partnership in our move to the horizons of Marxist-Leninism. All House Dems pull out little Chinese flags and wave them.

Yep, I wonder about Nancy’s future. If the Dems. lose control of the House in 2022, her political career may well be over. She’s 80 or 81 years old if I recall correctly. She will be reelected to her safe House seat. But would she be made House minority leader by minority Democrats? Or would these Squad types in the House assert themselves, push Nancy aside, and push for a more radical leader?

I too believe Pelosi’s days as Speaker are numbered. The real live Dim voters (not the dead ones, data created ones, or double counted ones) are starting to hate on their establishment Dims as much as us small government types hate the establishment Republicans. So even if the Dims get a majority in the House again, even if they have to do it by magically “counting” the votes again, I can see where a lot of House Dims will try to please their constituents by putting someone qualified like a bartender as speaker.
That will be a bit hard to do when the Dems are in the minority won't it?.
Holey Moley, can you imagine Ocasio-Cortez having the powers of the Speaker of the House?
Probably not. And Pennsylvania 17 is a pretty solid Democrat district so unless redistricting radically changes it then the Democrats should hold it. And if it is changed in redistricting then Lamb wouldn't hold it anyway.

And he knows he probably lost re-election were it not for some manufactured Xiden votes in Allegheny County. He is better off taking the show on the road where he can once again strut about in his USMN dress whites and claim that he is a moderate.
No he won't since Lamb isn't going to be the Democrat nominee. It'll probably be Fetterman.

Also note, that the "insurrection" trials for D.C. criminal trespass will occur concurrent with the /22 mid-term elections.
